Party Reservation Guidelines are:

1. Reservations are available Monday through Thursday ONLY. Weekends are NOT available.
2. Party reservations have a minimum number of guests (20 or more) in order to secure your event. If the minimum requirements are not met a $10 fee will be charged for each missing guest in the form of a room charge at the conclusion of your event.
3. A guaranteed number of guests are to be confirmed 7 days prior to your event.
4. Poblanos Mexican Grill & Bar must be informed and approve of any outside items the guest is planning to bring to each event.
5. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Poblanos Gift Card or Cash. We are unable to accept personal checks or company checks as a payment method.
